Design / development involves taking a design from a two dimensional concept stage and 'developing' it so that it is suitable for its intended use. This breaks down into various stages and are all part of the design process. It is essentially this process that we offer to our clients and involves client visits, site surveys, CAD drawing and Rendering, working drawings for Injection Mold Tooling, Metalwork manufacturing, Assembly instructions, Stock Layout and anything that the salesman would require to sell the concept to the client and finally to have the part made!
This consists of making a 3D model of the final item which can be seen 'in the round' its an essential stage so that all involved in the project will be aware of what will come off the production line.
