This Violin bridge improves the tone of a Stagg electric violin and is easy to fit. Simply slacken off the strings, lift out the wooden bridge and replace with the new one.

Although deceptively simple, the bridge is built on the principles of French Physicist Félix Savart who created a violin without the curves and details of a conventional violin, which look stunning, but interfere with the effective transmission of sound vibrations. As with electric guitars, this bridge supports the string and transfers the vibrations directly to the pickup. There is no need to cut material away to activate various parts of a timber soundboard because it's the pickup that does the work. This is a single piece of plastic and comes with no other parts and can be fitted in minutes. Please email us to order.
